Catalyst: to cause activity or change between two or more persons or forces. Catalyst Restaurant is a warm, modern, epicurean environment to facilitate these events. The concept of this chef-owned restaurant was to create a destination for fresh farm-to-table creations. Reclaimed woods, natural hues, and the elements of earth (living wall), wind (outdoor trellised patio), and fire (fireplace) combine to yield a comfortable, social atmosphere that has been rated at the top of favorite neighborhood establishments. Catalyst also offers a large flexible Conference Center that caters to local businesses for upscale corporate meetings and conferences.
